Climbing 20:00 [1]

Some chill bouldering. Felt pretty strong but wore out fingers pretty quickly.

Weights 40:00 [1]

3 rounds of 5 shoulder press with 95 lb barbell and 10 pull-ups (5 on last round), mixed with messing around with hanging grips, some squats (front and overhead), row pulls. Nice clean false grip ring muscle up to start. Feeling strong but getting tired easily and linking up a whole workout is hard.

Run 3:19:09 [2] 12.6 mi (15:48 / mi)

Pikes Peak climb. Felt not great and lightheaded right away and I made some early attempts to drop Carl which didn't end up working and left me a little tired. Carl almost dropped me in the uphill false flat sections in the middle before I made up ground. The hiking mixed with running in the second hour was also hard for me, but I made back the ground by the timberline. Carl and I were pretty even above the timberline before I broke away with 1 mile to go.
Ran a surprising amount, pushed to run whenever trail was flat. Even able to run a lot above timberline. Had some trouble with the altitude at the top and was pretty dead when I went back down to pick people up, but felt ok in general. Recovered quickly as I went down the mountain.
