I focused on getting the technique right in every rep and the tempo: NOT doing a lot of reps except during the "max" set. I lacked time because I needed to go to school so I shortened the session at the end.

Chins - 2,3,1,1,max. 90sek setvila.
Pullups - 3,4,2,2,max. 90sek setvila.
Knäböj - 25,25,25. 30sek setvila.
Benlyft - 25,25. 30sek setvila.
Tåhävningar - 30,30,30. 30sek setvila.
Situps - 20,20. 30sek setvila.
