Ran on the paths in Rudan. Had high puls even though I chilled (I ran with my heart rate monitor I found Josh). I think it's because I have been missing sleep a couple of days now. I need to get in bed earlier.

Floorball in Ribby-basement with Hugo and his brother and some other guys. Really fun and good training. The time is the actual time spent playing.
