Note

From here I'll try to keep up with attackpoint aswell. It's been hard to log when I've been away and lack internet connection and during my period of sickness.

Roller Ski intervals 1:06:12 [5] 15.0 km (4:25 / km)

First some warm up followed by 2x3 long uphill intervals. Yesterday I skipped the sixth stage and drove home instead - I want to get in shape ffs.

Orienteering race 54:32 [3]

O-ringen E5. Terrible orienteering by me. I made some crazy misstakes. I didn't have the concentration needed at all.

Orienteering race 44:04 [4] 5.6 km (7:52 / km)

O-ringen E4. Tried to run even though It went quite slow. Had an early start so was bothered by the thick fog. I did many misstakes near the control and lost direction several times. I orienteered poorly.

Walked/jogged some controls of the D21 course from Sunday's race.

Tuesday Jul 26, 2016 #

Orienteering race 27:49 [3] 3.98 km (6:59 / km)

O-ringen E3. Tried to jogg around the course. I got tired quite quick and it felt like shit. Did a 3,5min misstake when I lost direction down a slope when I went through a green area.

Monday Jul 25, 2016 #

Orienteering 54:12 [1] 5.8 km (9:21 / km)

Walked a bit faster than yesterday. Tried to get around the course with a pace below 10min/km and I managed to do so.

Sunday Jul 24, 2016 #

Orienteering 1:00:31 [1] 5.8 km (10:26 / km)

Walked H17-20K. I tried to go so straight as possible it went quite well.
