From here I'll try to keep up with attackpoint aswell. It's been hard to log when I've been away and lack internet connection and during my period of sickness.
Roller Ski intervals 1:06:12 [5] 15.0 km (4:25 / km)
First some warm up followed by 2x3 long uphill intervals. Yesterday I skipped the sixth stage and drove home instead - I want to get in shape ffs.
O-ringen E4. Tried to run even though It went quite slow. Had an early start so was bothered by the thick fog. I did many misstakes near the control and lost direction several times. I orienteered poorly.
O-ringen E3. Tried to jogg around the course. I got tired quite quick and it felt like shit. Did a 3,5min misstake when I lost direction down a slope when I went through a green area.
