Hills with the boys. Competitive but also good teambuilding. Led 6 out of 8 intervals. A lot of acid and mental strength training in the end.

Long training with school. Did bad with my compass in the beginning, got some tips from Josh, did a bit better. Got a bit tired furtherest way on the course and started to make mistakes. Really (really really) technical and tough terrain there. Headed back.
