Technical orienteering @Muskö. Really challenging terrain. Fun!. Don't have the equipment to make a proper analysis so it need to wait til I'm home.

Long run after finishing looking at JWOC. Was on the edge of my set the whole race. Simon and Simon doing really well!

Last long/big session before O-ringen. The plan is an easy orienteering session tomorrow and a day of on Sunday. Then a easy week before the races.

Recharging my batteries and preparing mentally.

A bit sore after lot of races and bad sleep. Sister sick at home so don't want to stress my body too much so I get too vulnerable to sickness.
