Running race 1:36:21 [5] 21.1 km (4:34 / km)
shoes: Nike Air Zoom Elite 9

Stockhom Half Marathon. 5km, 18:51, 10km 39:33, then I got low on energy to 15km, 1:02:17. Last 6k took 34min, really damn tired. Didn't recover from DM Night properly and pulled a bit too hard, didn't really know how the body would work after kinda long break. Not too happy with end result but nice to finish and have some splits for 5 and 10k. Should've aimed for 1:25 instead of sub 1:20 and the journey would've been more pleasant.

DM Night. Was really unfocused, couldn't really concentrate+night+hard orienteering= Loads of mistakes. DNF was no option.
