| forced myself to go up to the track after work, even though was just feeling like going home and curling up on the couch. did 10 x 200m with 200m jog recovery. times from 40 - 42 second. with a 1 lap jog rest half way. |

| 4 x 1km round the block reps. uphill for a bit then downhill, it's a fast 1km- faster than on the track. times ranging from 3'39 to 3'45. was cold as was wearing clothes from the same back which my soup spilt in, so had to wash off the soup and run in wet running clothes. I smelt soupie! it was lovely |

| Ran up on the mountain from the springs up the zig zag track then across to the organ pipes and back around on another track back to the the springs. There were still patches of snow on the ground and it was a lovely sunny day :) Awesum run |

| Ran along the pipeline track. tried a few tracks off to the side but they did'nt go very far or had private property signs on them, was trying to find a track I ran on with Julia once. i think it was the private property one. Nice and fresh up there today, snow on the top of the mountain.i'll head higher up tomorrow. |

Think I should have joined the other club that trains at the track, there's girls in it, so I wouldn't be running by myself all the time like I am now. Need someone just ahead of me to try and keep up with. |

| 4 x 1km reps up at the track by myself after work. i'm getting really unfit, or maybe it was the strong winds slowing me down, either way not too happy with my running at the moment. maybe i'm carrying extra weight from all the comfort food i eat at lunch to get me through the rest of the day. The weather is cold and windy, and its dark all the time that i'm not at the hospital. It costs $500 to get a couple of fillings here and the only affordable internet has shitty/ slow connections so this entry probably wont even work. and i miss have friends and family around :( I want to go home. |
