Had a pretty shit day so head wasn’t in the right place. 3x1 mile reps (time trial route rhu Na haven/Barclay). Put in a big effort on the first rep, big PB (anti-clockwise Lap) and got the segment which has cheered me up a bit. Rep two was pretty average, good time and still working hard. Rep 3 was nearing to a jog by the end, legs stiff. Good enough session and happy with what I got done. Cleared the head for a bit
