Note

training isn’t really happening atm because big exam on tuesday and revision is priority. Will get back to it on wednesday but still got loadsa geography projects to do so won’t be doing much time consuming sessions.

Wanted to go for a real cycle but too wet and too much traffic heading up to the balmoral run. 2nd option was a run but really bummed out I’m not at balmoral so no motivation so to the gym it was. Got 10Mila livestream up on my phone so not too boring
