lonach gathering hill race- 2nd lady £50. Didn’t really rate that course, more of a trail race than a hill race. Buckled/bent my knee backwards on the last steep bit which hurt a lot but went away by the lap around the track. Sat about for a while and thought nothing more about it till i was walking back to the car and it was painful when i fully extended my leg, mostly up hill/downhill. Also sore if twisted. Fingers crossed it’s fine by monday for some turkish O and no muscle damage

wee recovery run - easy back way up scolty and down the dark wood mtb trail. Usual foot pain is back so nothing apart from lonach gathering before turkey. Going to start using a foot roller/spikey ball to see if it makes a difference
