Plan was to get in a 45minutes cycle straight after hanging controls but aborted as it was wayyy too windy. Went back to bed instead. Been a pretty exhausting weekend and being out in the cold for so long friday and yesterday has really taken it out of me. Did a lot of bike and walking miles yesterday which has made L foot achy.

Gullane and back - Such a nice day for this. Took the coastal paths quite a bit on the way out, mix of tarmac, gravel and some really awful gravel which i then knew to avoid on the way back. Turned around at gullane into a headwind for the whole way back but as it was so flat i didn’t feel it too much. Less of the coastal path on the way back. Leggies pretty shot after this and yesterday’s spin ints.
