Nice and easy along the water of leith out to almost balerno, really like the route especially through the woods. Bike needs indexing AGAIN and also a good clean/greased so the chain clicking was driving me mad. Got home and was about to head to the library when i found out the exams are cancelled! Chuffed, a very lucky friday the 13th.

B&B from the meadows with Niamh and Kora who bailed before braids and we picked up Dan and Joe. Knee was dandy but feet both started getting achy around the top of braids and were pretty sore for the run back through the streets, but a manageable pain and now that I know what it is it didn't seem to bother me as much mentally.
