19 miles for 19 years. Shooting greens gravel ride with dad. Felt visually impaired between the thick fog and my specs fogging up every time i stopped.

Finzean loop with Frances, lovely to catch up. Didn't realise she only had a hardtail so was a slower ride than I had planned to do but still very enjoyable. Conditions were some of the best in lockdown so far, absolutely no wind and pretty warm, lots of fog and was a bit humid but I kinda rate that, stops you getting too hot.

Cairn o mount. Keeping it at an easy effort (as easy as 14%s can be) didn't want to put too much through the knee as haven’t been doing much hills recently. Felt like i kept a good cadence and definitely a lot faster than last time but with less effort. All my layers on as it was rainy so got sweaty on the climb so when i started descending got pretty chilly. HR got extremely high when i was taking my rain jacket off at strachan and accidentally flicked my airpod onto the middle of the road when a car was coming

Nice O session in Sluie. Two contour only courses with no compass. Thanks to jon for hanging tapes and shadowing. Really enjoyed this, nav felt better than expected, distance was sometimes a bit off and was hesitant at the end of some of the longer legs, wrong height a couple times but was happy in the fine detail and picking up shapes. Knee felt good for the most part, being careful on downhills, was fine until i started to feel it a wee bit on the last couple controls. Climbing legs just don’t exist anymore. Lovely to see some green back on the log :)
