Meadows knee tester. Spoke with JC last night, he said to stay away from any incline as it will be putting outwards pressure on my knee cap and also to try a higher cadence/faster pace which i’ve noticed before doesn’t hurt my knee as much. Encouraging run, no pain until around 2.8k but nothing above 1, then stayed at <1 for rest of the run so happy enough. Bit of tarmac, bit of grass, tarmac makes the muscles work less so going to do more tarmac runs but figured i couldn’t just jump straight into it.
