Up the tore path with caitlin. Thought it was going to be another pain free run but nope. Felt good at the start but maybe around 20minutes started to get achy and quite sore by the time i got back.

Braes and Redburn with Jon. Very sunny day and new trails for me. Knee felt good, didn't have the usual achy-ness at the start and felt okay at the end too. Some terrain as well to get back to the cars which was nice and didn't seem to annoy my knee either.

Ballochbuie forest. The drive is worth it for such yummy forest, even if the HBH was shut! :( Just a nice loop up to the water fall, was a bit skeptical of how the wee heather trail on the edge of the gorge would be after the flooding but it wasn't anymore sketchy than it normally is.
