All warmup & down for the day.
11 AM

Orienteering 44:13 [3] 6.34 km (6:58 / km)

Pretty tragic ngl - feeling a bit Ill with a headache and loads of mistakes.
Just feel drowsy and really not up to anything.

Could have just lay down in the sun and gone to sleep tbh, way to sleep deprived.
7 PM

Orienteering 49:11 [3] ***** 5.87 km (8:23 / km)

Scottish Nights - memories of some pretty meaty time loss on technical night stuff mean that I took it super slow and got it right.
Worked well except for one 3 minute mistake and a few others x 1 minute.
Pleased with the result.
