O intervals Did 2 out of the four. Not feeling too bad on the first, but totally cooked on the second. Jogged the rest super easy. Have been feeling very meh since the weekend; either just a mild cold or a bit overcooked. Not really got a sore throat or sniffling just tired and light headed. An easy week planned anyway, will be converted to a very easy week to let whatever it is pass over.
