Was ill.
Ran well until long leg, dunno, was just not at 100%.
Made plenty of mistakes, especially in low-vis stuff.
Need more rest before JHIs next week.

Orienteering race (JEC Spectator Race) 41:18 [4] **** 6.59 km (6:16 / km)
26c slept:8.5 (sick)

Technically solid race but still too ill to be running at full pace. Knew from the start that it would be impossible to get on a train, without the pace, so ran alone mostly and went pretty clean.
Pleased technically at the moment, but will need another week of no running before JHIs.
Will see how I feel in the morning but likely to be jogging only tomorrow.
