Focus on Compass Tried not to use any other features which was good because there wasn't many anyway. Spiked most of them but need to trust my compass more - something that really needs working on over the winter, a better torch might help at night as well.

Shorter - Long run with Dan and Alastair. Ran up to terrain loop, once round and back to house. Was nice, felt good in the terrain, but not so much once back out on the roads. In the dark again, but no snow this week :'(
Morning swim, the only thing I will do today as its a rest week. Only did 50 lengths as was a bit slow getting out of bed but they're feeling easier every week I go.
Got out of school early so went down the gym and got my run done on the treadmill. The most mind numbing thing iv'e done, 2 feet from a white wall for 40 minutes at 5mins/km. Got so bored I did the last 6-7 minutes at 4s instead to mix it up.
With the TS boys. Probably a bit faster than I would have done for an easy run on my own, but it felt fine so it's all good. Getting some niggles though, going to have an easy week next week.
