Ok result, not great performance.
Felt good physically but let messy errors creep in plenty of times, even in the easy parkland and heath stuff.
Lost 3 minutes total - still expected to hang into scecond though once I knew id beaten Dan, but some kid I've hardly heard of sneaked in messing up our cockermouth 123.
3rd, Coxkermouth won y12b and overall so it all good.

Pleased with the result, not with the performance.
Ran smooth and fairly clean making decent pace, loosing just under 2 minutes total all the way up untill the railway crossing.
Pushed up the hill into 18 and took it clean, went a bit into the red here, pushing for the end and lost 4 minutes total in the last 2 contols.
The utter destruction of big man Ali.T slipped away and I was left with a narrow win - but I'm not complaining!!
A solid win - bring on Italy with the cockermouth Lads (and Harry)

Focus on Compass
Tried not to use any other features which was good because there wasn't many anyway.
Spiked most of them but need to trust my compass more - something that really needs working on over the winter, a better torch might help at night as well.

Shorter - Long run with Dan and Alastair.
Ran up to terrain loop, once round and back to house. Was nice, felt good in the terrain, but not so much once back out on the roads.
In the dark again, but no snow this week :'(

Only did 50 lengths as was a bit slow getting out of bed but they're feeling easier every week I go.

Got out of school early so went down the gym and got my run done on the treadmill.
The most mind numbing thing iv'e done, 2 feet from a white wall for 40 minutes at 5mins/km. Got so bored I did the last 6-7 minutes at 4s instead to mix it up.
