Not feeling great - got monstered on the 1ks and feeling slow on the 100s
Grim but got it done - fairly good session.

(injured)

Calf playing up.
Walked :'(
Map memory most of the line so got something out of it.
Getting the instabangers after tho so its all good.

Running 30:00 [4] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)
(injured)

3*3minutes in terrain - wanted to minimize the millage on the calf but still get something out of the day.

Jogged to find a nice patch of terrain and did intervals.
Pushed it hard - sharp and short session.

In retrospect maybe just resting may have been a tad (much) better.

Calfs painful and feet kept cramping up in my shoes.
Slow and demotivated.

Found some motivation in the form of a clock relay and smashing Joey.J (literally/verbally as well as in orienteering).
