Middle Race in Moor of Alvie
Pretty Smooth and pushing a bit in terrain but cruising solid chunks of the tracks. Feeling nice to be able to run semi-fast and clean.

Relay in North Granish
Set off with SpennyD, both messed #3 but caught PeteM. 3 of us ran togethr through the rest of them. Dan and Me missed the last 2 controls for cheeky MP though so... fair-middlin. Running nicely and enjoying it.

Quite chill, focus on running smooth instead of speed which was successful. Sprint technique pretty rust though

Feeling good and running pretty clean
Nixon put the last two controls the wrong way round and spent 2 minutes figuring this out so time should be more like 30

Badaguish Terrain Time Trial. Felt surprisingly good having not run hard for 2 months.

Track Time Trial - plenty of of terrain - kind of a lack of track for a 'track' time trail
Again felt better than expected

Forrest Test. Loch Vaa.
Took this quite chill, moving okay though the heather and going pretty clean. Caught Dan and eased it right off - went clean but a decent bit slower.

In retrospect probably should have pushed seeing as Gooch took us all for the win. (2nd).
