Dale Head Fell Race Ascent:

Felt good and easy most of the way up. Tucked in behind Rhys Finlay Robinson with Ail.T and some others.

Working a bit hard on the last little climb working to gap Rhys but other than that feeling really easy. Most definitely couldn't have done this a month ago.

Field was pretty stacked and pleased to be in 6th at the top - 15s down on Ali.T.

Dale Head Fell Race Descent:

Cant really descend and would have just messed up the legs pretty bad with no real CV gains if id have pushed this. Eased back and watched my 6th place slip to about 10th.

Nice run down and hopefully saved the legs - we will see

WCOC Sprint

lmost got in a fight with the Workington Mandem when I came round the corner and they were bashing the Si box on the ground - Fair to say ten of them wernt very scared of me.

Felt okay but not very technical so hard to say.

Was supposed to be 10 minutes tempo with Ali&Dan but plumbing went downhill pretty quick and had to stop.

Quick trip to Morrison's toilets needed.

Cold - Rainy and windy made it a bit grim but got it done and felt pretty comfortable.

Was supposed to be doing 3 x 10 minute hills but legs 100% not up to it - better to take a rest day than break myself.

30 minutes of chilled out spinning on the static bike for recovery.
