JEC Relay - Very Poor

Orienteering was generally good - a few waster moments but not to bad.


Ok at start - messed #2 and Axel caut me - ran with him untill #8 where it all went wrong
Lost mad time (like 7 minutes) reading my code wrong when i was at the right control - then spending ages searching for it (even tho i was fine in the first place) and somehow mispunching it anyway.

Long tomorrow - lets go

Went out second to last
Cruised round pretty clean, a few little misses
Kept it chill and hopefully not getting properly ill

JIRCS Long

Pretty extreme plumbing issues
Felt pretty good up until the road crossing where i had 'plumbing stoppage' number 1 - followed by another 7 minutes later and a third at the beggining of the last long leg. A 4th was needed half way through that one and grimmed it out to the end from there.

Felt dire after road crossing - no excuses tho - maybe it was the gels although never been a ploblem before - maybe something i ate - maybe im just ill. Whatever...
