Cumbria League Cross Country - Seniors

Not exactly the best prep for this ey - still had me headache from the night before.

Went off what felt like fairly chilled, and settled into third on my own - stayed here for approx the first half where PhilW and another guy came past up the hill. Let another couple of places slip on the second half but never died properly.

Pleased seeing as to the circumstances.

Running warm up/down 18:00 [2] 3.0 km (6:00 / km)

Including one lap with some Keswick AC guys afterwards

Ankle / Foot

Waited to see if it settles down within a day or so - it hasn't. Think its going to be a week or so at least.

Turned it on a curb at full pace in JEC sprint - not too bad at the time but felt it after. Iced at the time.

JEC Sprint

Pretty simple technically after so much walking round town looking at it all. Only a couple of routchoice legs though so just a 3.6k burn up.

Unsuprisingly this wasnt great for me but still pleased with the performance.

Did my ankle on a kerb pretty bad - didnt effect me more than a few seconds when running but pretty painfull after. All the tendons pretty painfull in my foot now - hopefully will be fine - plnning on a few days off anyway so not to bad.
