Lakes 5 Days #1 Know im going to be off the pace this week so taking it relaxed and aiming for good technique. Grim weather but made it more interesting - fairly technically solid at the start but mistakes creeping in as got tired - perhaps 4 mins total Ankle pain not too bad - twinging a bit over the rocks but taping is helping Buzzing about orienteering again anyhow
