KolmÄrdsdubbeln Relay, leg 2
Felt super good as soon as I started running. 15sec at #10 through a small miss and other 25secs at #13 through taking a poor line, running too much in the marsh. It felt clean, purposeful and in control. Largish pack starting only 20secs behind and saw them on the exit from #6 but pleased to hold them off when running pretty much alone all the way to the finish.

Felt okay warming up but could feel the last weeks cold still there. Lost 90secs by missing #5 and another 30 by having bad direction out of #10 and getting a bad line from there. Clean apart from these but felt heavy in the legs, not a super bad run but nothing special.

O intervals
Did 2 out of the four. Not feeling too bad on the first, but totally cooked on the second. Jogged the rest super easy.
Have been feeling very meh since the weekend; either just a mild cold or a bit overcooked. Not really got a sore throat or sniffling just tired and light headed. An easy week planned anyway, will be converted to a very easy week to let whatever it is pass over.
