SL #3, Varmland - 21st
Did my ankle warming up but pleased that I didnt let it affect me too much.
Missed #1 for 40secs and then another 20 at #3. Clean all the way and feeling like I could push quite well to the finish apart from 20secs at #11 missing it slightly.
Experimented with no gel, was mostly successful although maybe could have shaved some more time off - mentally feeling good until then end though.
Still not got the pace to hack it with the very best - but slowly climbing up these Swedish results boards.
Lovely area again, a proper long, only spending a few minutes on a path the whole race.

Swedish League Middle, Varmland - 20th
Felt technically really solid today, could push kind of hard and it still seemed as I had plenty of time to read what I needed.
11th at the first radio (#7) but made some mistakes in the second half. 40secs at #10, 20secs at #20 and another 30 at #15.
Super nice terrain and looking forward to the long distance tomorrow
