Note

JWOC individual races are over for me due to missing the middle final by less than 10seconds today. One of the more frustrating moments of my orienteering life, being in good shape and not getting the chance to show it in the final.
Focus is on the relay now - then a reset and some time to think about what needs to be different next year.
