Note

First proper week of training (i.e. 2 sessions and a long run) back after the summer. Bit tired with uni but otherwise holding together fine - another couple like that hopefully then an easy week to be rested for heading back to the รถ

Averaging 3:20s for 4s and 3:05-3:15 for shorter ones. All quite consistent, in a nice pack for all reps. Never felt like I was really pushing.

Feeling noticeably stronger from last week already.
