3:20s for the first 8 v.controlled + feeling okay for the 500s. Cut the last 8 a lap short as felt form was starting to go - guess I could have held on but no point.

First proper week of training (i.e. 2 sessions and a long run) back after the summer. Bit tired with uni but otherwise holding together fine - another couple like that hopefully then an easy week to be rested for heading back to the รถ
