8' [2'], 4*500m [1'], [2'], 2000m. on the track 3:20s for the first 8 v.controlled + feeling okay for the 500s. Cut the last 8 a lap short as felt form was starting to go - guess I could have held on but no point.
First proper week of training (i.e. 2 sessions and a long run) back after the summer. Bit tired with uni but otherwise holding together fine - another couple like that hopefully then an easy week to be rested for heading back to the รถ

South Parks Session 2*(4*50m hills [90'"], 2 * LC loops (1km hilly loop each) [90"], 1 LC loop [90"]. Not feeling great, but grinding it out and getting it done.
