Planned to have this week as a 'reset' before hopefully a clean 6 weeks up until BOC.
Plan was to run this evening but 7pm by the time was back at college (after sitting on the bus all day) and was really not feeling it.

Took things a bit too chill at the start - wasnt feeling great and didnt have the guts to really push myself in the first 6k. Shifted the gear up with 2 to go and took a decent number of places.
