running race 14:52 [5] 2.5 mi (5:57 / mi)

Was suppose to have a race today but got canceled due to weather. So instead we did 2.5 mile time trials. I was pretty happy with my results. I had felt awful going into the race. Had had a head cold all day and my whole system was stuffed up. On the warm up I felt a little worse due to this. This also slowed me down by a small amount on the race. Even with this, the race being longer and being earlier in the season I got close to my two mile PR form last year. Really excited for the rest of the season and to drop that time

Easy day before meet felt. First half of the run felt really good. Second half got a bit to tired for my liking. Felt a little sick to coming back.
