running race 14:52 [5] 2.5 mi (5:57 / mi)
Was suppose to have a race today but got canceled due to weather. So instead we did 2.5 mile time trials. I was pretty happy with my results. I had felt awful going into the race. Had had a head cold all day and my whole system was stuffed up. On the warm up I felt a little worse due to this. This also slowed me down by a small amount on the race. Even with this, the race being longer and being earlier in the season I got close to my two mile PR form last year. Really excited for the rest of the season and to drop that time
