This was a bit slower then I would have wanted but still a good workout. I was not to sad though because we were running on a pretty bad track (150 meters no bank) so its hard to get the same speed I would get racing on outside on a 400 meter track. I was also leading, because all the people better were preparing for a race, which made it harder to push.

I had two goals in this race. The first was to break 4:50, which I did (barely) and the second was to beat the kid on Westford who I was racing. Unfortunately the kid out kicked me at the end. This left me annoyed because I felt really good at end and know I could have gone faster. I am still really happy with this time and hope to keep improving it in the coming weeks.

Again this was a bit on the lighter side due to the meet tommorow.

Fairly easy workout after the race. Not sure my splits.
