Agility workout 20:00 however had no weights so had to skip some making it a bit shorter. This was a good workout felt it in my legs for the next couple days.

Warm up. Was running a bit to fast for a warm up. Also stretching and strides.

This was not a great run. I ate way to close to running it and that upset the entire run. I did however get to do Greg's training.

Really quick and easy poison intervals. Did them as memory - o to make them a little harder. But park was quite small and I know most of it, so did not really work.
