Really impromptu tempo run. I was out on a recovery run and realized my team did not have a workout tomorrow and I missed the meet yesterday so I decided to do a tempo. This tempo was a five km by my watch and I felt a little slower then I was hoping for, but still an alright time for something I did with a little warm-up and alone.
Felt much better physically today but my mind was just not in it. In the first half of the race I messed up on 5 or 6 to controls before finally starting to get into the map and by the time I was in to the map I found I just couldn't push my self to really run. I was still kind of sore and tired so that may have been a bit of it but just felt really off throughout the whole thing. Even so it was still super fun.
