Started as a nice recovery run. Then got lost and had to jump some fences and cross a highway. Finally my teammates decided we were going to slow so we finished the last mile at six flat pace.

Great race today. Was racing someone on my team for all of the race and we were switching off the lead. It was super fun to compete with someone so close to my level. He managed to win by about .3 seconds which was a tad unfortunate. My exact time was 441.05. Want to cut about another five seconds off this time in order to make states.
