Warm-up cool down, dynos and strides. The warm-up was quick but I was hurting a bit. The cooldown was much slower and felt quite bad during it.

8 by 150-meter hills. The hills weren't super steep only gained around 240 feet the entire workout meaning they were about 30 feet up. Still, we were going fairly fast so it was a nice challenging workout. I expected to feel really bad after the warm-up and lack of running lately but all the core and strength really paid off and I felt quite good. Was able to keep up with my friend who smoked me on the last hill workout so that was quite nice.
