Supposed to be a 3 km time trial but ended up running alone and it ended up more like a tempo/workout. I didn't really feel bad running but I just couldn't keep the pace up or motivation. I ended up finishing and thinking I could easily do another after a couple minutes like I was running a repeat 3km workout. The winds also didn't help the pace.
