5 by 2 minute and 30 seconds, they were supposed to be about 800 each which would have been my peak 2 mile pace. Spilts instead came out to be 730, 720, 760, 750, 780. Which I was pretty happy about thought I would be much slower. My recoveries where around 2:30.
