Nice easy long run. Felt pretty hungry throughout which made me feel pretty bad but I wasn't really pushing that hard. Found some nice wooded trails in Belmont which were fun to run through.
6 by 800. With 7 minute rest. Still a little long in the rest but at least it was consentent rest this time. Felt great throughout had no trouble breathing, legs felt strong and only the smallest cramp. Really hope it wasn't because I cut dairy today. Times 2:29.98 2:35.27 2:37.45 2:31.80 2:34.95 2:30.58 had a bit longer rest.
