Morning tempo - 0.5 miles at 6:40 then 3 miles at 6:30. Was doing with some friends so was a tad slower then usual but still fun way to start morning.

Quick little workout. 5 by 1 km at about 6 minute pace but last one was at 5 minute pace cause my legs wanted to run. Felt good but also fairly easy workout. Good to run with some friends from high school.

Whiteface + passaconaway - 34/48 : whiteface was steep near the top but quite good views with cool rocks. Would have been bad in wet. Passaconaway was a bit of a slog and didn’t really have any view but the woods to it were pretty. Probably a tad to long of a day for to little reward to want to do both again but still fun day.
