Sheffield sprint.

Oof that was terrible. A whole host of sloppy mistakes and about an inch of rust. Had a lot of trouble with scale and completely over running controls. Good wake up call before WOC. Have a bunch of sprints coming up so hopefully can get back up to form. Map to come.

10km trail run. Second overall. Guy who won crushed but I was pretty comfortably in second. Good fun and feeling pretty fit. Time is a bit slower then reality because I got a tiny bit lost on one turn but probably only lost 10-15 seconds tops.
