Really great progression run today first lap I was just trying to stick up at the front then second lap I picked it up I felt like I picked it up maybe a bit to much but nothing to serious last lap I emptied the tank was a really hard lap lactied acid was really getting to me but just pushed threw it as much as I could to finish hard.

Today I just went for a 30 min shake out run during run legs felt a bit heavy but not to bad then did some core strengthening and some stretching!

Today I was felling a bit tired but once I got into the workout I just stuck with joe which really help push me along and once I was 10 min in I felt great for the rest of the workout.

15 wu 10 tempo 5x1 min hard 1 min easy 5 min tempo 15cd. Loved the workout today breathing felt great same with the legs nice and light and on my toes felt really good the 1 min hards

First pool workout today felt really good. Was a really successful workout pushed really hard threw the hole workout legs felt good in the pool looking forward to next Tuesday's.

Today was a great workout of 15 wu 15 min 2:30 steady 30 sec surge 15 cd. I worked with Jordan today which was really great gave me someone to push me along which was exactly what he did.

Hour long run today really good run went out 31 and back in 28 so did extra bit just around the chalet. Legs felt nice and lose!
