Off day run today on way back from our race my legs felt really heavy and weak but still manneged to get a good run in. Went out 23min and back 22.

race day today had a good warm up was felling nice and ready to race. race went fairly well today i was pretty pleased with it overall, i need to work on not saving up so much enegry need to get it all out not just in the last k.

today i did a hour of stuff that would make me a better runner so i did 40 min off day run then strength and stretched to Finnish off. run felt pretty good a little tight though.

15 min warm up 10 min tempo 1,2,1 5 min tempo 15cd, really good workout today first 10 min tempo felt good then for the 1,2,1 i stuck with the boys i figured they had more then me so i would stick with them witch felt really good. last 5 min tempo was hard but i bushed threw and finished off hard.

great pool workout today, my knee was bothering me a bit at the begining but soon as we got into it felt good. nice hard effort in the pool great workout. later did 30 min felt good was a bit heavey in the legs but was nothing to bad.

great workout today definitely one of my best mondays. steadys felt really good felt faster than usual but was able to get to it every time. Surges where also very good was nice to have the guys catch up to me on the surges was great to work with them.

long run today was good ran first 45 with everyone then went off with joe for the rest. felt really good to get the legs moving after traveling. hills where a bit rough on the legs but after a few they started to get much better.
