Max vo2 today went really good did four mile loops first one was a time of 5:20 second loop was 5:20 third loop was 5:35 I needed to push harder on this set lost a bit of mental strength here in the middle and last one was 5:05 was very happy with this loop.

Today I did and hour of stuff to make me better so I did 40 min run and 20min of strengthening and rolling and strength.

Circuit training today 10 min run 10 min elliptical, 10 min bike, 10 min exercises with run between and 5min run to finish off. Was a good workout my knee started to bother me a bit in the middle but was nice to have Joe there to work with and push to the end.

Wednesday Oct 5 #

15 min warm up today then a full loop then 3 there half loops. Full loop was very taught but just pushed threw it and got it done legs where very heavy during this full loop. Half loops felt better I was a bit more relaxed and lighter on my feet.

Pool workout today felt very good had a great workout. Then after was the soccer game went great track team came out on top with the win.

Good workout today felt light on my feet and very relaxed very happy with my workout today

long run today went good ran first 60 min with everyone then broke off and did last 20 min with joe to get back. legs felt good stomach was hurting a bit but nothing to serious.
