Race today, felt pretty good legs where a bit heavy right from the start but still went out and got after it. Felt like my second lap I fell off a bit was feeling some pain in left leg but I tried not to think of it and third a fourth got right back into it and finished hard.
Went to course today went for a 30 min run with the guys to check out the course, legs where feeling better today. Then did some stretching and rolling to get ready for tm.
Circuit workout this morning, my leg really started to bother me right from the start today but once I got onto the bike and elliptical felt fine so I finished my final 5 min on the elliptical.
15 min wu into 5 min tempo then 1,2,3,2,1 into 5 min tempo 15 cd, legs were pretty beat up today from yesterday's race but I pushed as hard as I could and got the best workout in I could.
6k race/ time trial today, first lap felt nice and strong. Second lap was feeling some pain in my knee but nothing to serious second lap fell off a bit but not by to much finished in 23:04
