Just a hour run today since I did my sat workout yesterday was feeling pretty sore but once got warmed up wasn't to bad !

Did my Saturday workout today 15 min wu into active then 3x5 hills 15cd .
Footing was really bad today but I put in a great effort and still got after it. Was very happy with how much I got out of my self on the hills today!

30 min run today was really sore from brazillions today so first 5 min or slow where pretty slow but after got lose was a good run

3 brazillians with 2 2x500 100m between between Brazilians, 15cd
Really good hard workout today the tempo loop was so pretty bad footing but just worked threw it to still get in that tempo effort. On the brazillions I felt today I was doing a really good job specially on the exercises with the form. The 1ks where really tough doing them by myself but I just tried to focus in and push my self the best I could!! All in all was really happy with my workout today

Circuit trained this morning the usually run, bike, elliptical, exercises, run
Was good workout today definitely one of my best elliptical yet for the circuits. Last 5 min in the usual (race) only hung on with Joe and Jordan for first 3 then fell off!!

15 wu into 15 tempo, 6x1 min on 1 min off and finished with 15 down
Tempo felt really good today, the 1 mins also felt good just the 3rd and 4th one was a little weaker then I would have liked but got right back on the 5th and 6th
