Ankle was still bothering me this morning during warm up but once got going into the workout I just totally forgot about it. Was a really great workout ran with Derek and Jordan, its great to have people to work with on these workouts. Combined times for the whole set of 500m and 300m was 2:24, 2:19, 2:16, 2:18.
